Our tools are designed to protect, not to rent. That’s why we don’t offer traditional returns or refunds — and why we stand behind every product we offer with expert support and post-purchase service.
No Refunds, But We’ll Make It Right
Due to the nature of our work and the sensitive use cases of our surveillance and counter-surveillance tools, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for cash or credit.
However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not performing as intended, we’re here to help — not to leave you hanging. We’ll gladly accept the item back so our experts can:
- Inspect the device
- Diagnose any issues
- Repair or reconfigure it
- Return it to you in working order
In many cases, what looks like a defect is simply a configuration issue — and our team is trained to walk you through it or handle it ourselves in-house.
Important Conditions
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective upon arrival.
- All returns must be pre-approved by our support team.
- Items must be returned with original packaging, serial number intact, and no physical damage from misuse.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or subject to a service fee.
What This Policy Protects
This return policy protects our commitment to quality, confidentiality, and serious use. We don’t sell short-term “spy gadgets” — we deliver reliable tools for real-world security and peace of mind.
Every item we offer is either custom-built, configured to order, or part of a tightly managed supply chain. We’re not Amazon. And that’s exactly why our products work when others don’t.
